Blackpool manager Ian Holloway will stick to his principles and field an attacking team against West Ham United in Saturday's Championship play off final.
Blackpool are the underdogs for Saturday's Championship play off final against West Ham United but that won't stop the Tangerines from going out and attacking their opponents at Wembley.
Ian Holloway is an attack minded coach and he will not change his principles for what is one of the most important matches in the Seasiders' history, particularly as it worked wonders at Wembley in 2010.
That means that Blackpool will start with Matt Phillips, Thomas Ince and Stephen Dobbie supporting Gary Taylor-Fletcher. Barry Ferguson and Martinez Angel will form the base in midfield and will be tasked with tracking the runs of Kevin Nolan and Mark Noble.
Defence is Blackpool's weakness but Stephen Crainey, Ian Evatt, Alex Baptiste and Neil Eardley have played together many times and work well as a unit, while goalkeeper Matt Gilks is a Scotland international.
Blackpool team to face West Ham (expected):
Gilks - Crainey, Evatt, Baptiste, Eardley - Ferguson, Angel, Phillips, Ince - Dobbie, Taylor-Fletcher
