Bolton Wanderers head bet365’s Championship market, although Birmingham City are a big loser for the leading bookmaker
Bolton hold favouritism in the 2012/13 Championship outright market which looks as competitive as ever.
bet365 spokesman Steve Freeth told Bettingpro: “Most of the 24 managers will start the season in the belief that they could make the play-offs at least and punters seem to have the same mindset with a whole host of clubs being backed.
“The spotlight was on Lee Clark at Huddersfield due to his spending power but his business this summer seems to have gone under the radar and he looks to have assembled a squad capable of challenging for promotion.
“His Birmingham side are currently our worst result in the division.”
